Event options reference
Every option in the Event options list in one place, what it does and when to use it.

| Option | Details |

| Require approval | RSVPs wait as Pending until you approve them from the guest list. |
| Capacity | A headcount limit including plus-ones. Turn on Enable waitlist to queue people once full. |
| Guest settings | Plus-ones and the maximum per guest, Allow Maybe, and Hide guest list. |
| RSVP questions | Up to ten short answer, yes or no, or multiple-choice questions. |
| After RSVP | Confirmation message, dress code, parking and entry details, shown only to hosts and guests who said Going or Maybe. |
| Deadline and location | RSVP deadline, and Reveal location after RSVP. |
| Co-hosts | Add people to help run the event (on Edit, after publishing). |

Common questions
Do changes to options notify guests?
No. Options apply immediately but don't send messages. Post an update if guests need to know.
