Add questions to the RSVP
Ask guests for meal choices, allergies or anything else, and see every answer on your guest list.
Updated
- In Event options, tap RSVP questions.
- Type your question and pick an answer type: Short answer, Yes or no, or Multiple choice.
- For multiple choice, add between two and ten choices.
- Tick Required if you can't plan without the answer.
- Tap Add question. Add up to ten, then tap Done.
How answers work
- Required questions are skipped when a guest says Can't go, so declining is never blocked.
- Optional multiple-choice questions include No answer so guests can clear a choice.
- Answers appear next to each guest on your guest list, visible only to you and co-hosts who manage guests.
Common questions
Can I edit a question after guests have answered?
You can remove a question and add a new one. Removing a question removes it from the form for guests who haven't answered yet.
