Common problems and fixes
Quick fixes for the issues hosts and guests run into most.

| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| A guest says the invite won't open | For private events, they need the invite link from the link icon, not the plain event address. |
| "Event is at capacity" | Raise the limit in Capacity, remove a guest, or turn on the waitlist. |
| A guest can't RSVP after being removed | Open Guests, go to Removed, and tap Unblock. |
| Guests aren't getting emails | Ask them to check spam. Updates go to guests who said Going or Maybe. |
| Photo upload fails | Use JPEG, PNG or WebP under 10MB, and check you haven't reached 20 photos. |
| The page looks different for me than my guests | Themes belong to the event, so everyone sees the same look. Refresh after changing it. |
| I didn't get the password reset email | Check spam. You can request one reset email an hour. |
