How to add co-hosts to your event
Share the work of hosting: add co-hosts by email, choose what each can do, and invite people who don't have an account yet.

Most good parties have more than one person running them. Co-hosts on beMYN can help without you handing over your password or your phone.
Adding someone
Open the event's edit page, go to More options, and tap Co-hosts. Enter their email and pick what they can do. If they already have an account they're added right away. If not, they get an email invite and the event is waiting for them once they sign up with that address and verify it.
Choosing permissions
- Edit event to change details, the look and settings.
- Manage guests to approve, decline or remove people and use the waitlist.
- Check in guests on the day.
- Send announcements to post updates and polls.
- See private location when the address is hidden until RSVP.
Only you, the owner, can add or remove co-hosts. Their events show up in a Co-hosting section on their home page.

Can a co-host edit my event?
Only if you give them the Edit event permission. You choose each co-host's permissions.
What if my co-host doesn't have an account?
They get an email invite and the event appears once they sign up with that address and verify it.
