Text message updates
How guests opt into texts, what they receive, and how to stop them.
Updated
- On the RSVP form, tick Text me updates about this event.
- Enter a mobile number. The flag next to it shows the country, preselected for you; tap it to pick another. Your Settings number fills in automatically if you've saved one.
- Tap your response. You'll get a confirmation text.
- Texts cover your RSVP confirmation, approval or a waitlist spot opening up, and host updates and polls.
- Texts are sent only for events you opted in on.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Will hosts see my phone number?
It's stored with your RSVP to deliver texts. Hosts see guest names and emails on the guest list.
